Tri-listed and widening the investor base, with 6.5Moz still to come

FTSE 250, ASX listing and a Poplar Project resource of 6.46Moz keep the growth story open for years.

FY26 saw Pan African complete its listing journey: following the LSE Main Market move (October 2025) and FTSE 250 inclusion (December 2025), the Group completed a dual listing on the ASX (June 2026), alongside continued JSE Top 40 and Van Eck GDXJ Index inclusion. Each step increases visibility and liquidity among a broader institutional audience.
Beyond the near-term pipeline, the Poplar Project at Evander (one of the largest unmined Mineral Resources in the Witwatersrand Basin, at 28.7Mt grading 6.99g/t for 6.46Moz) is being advanced through an updated prefeasibility study targeting a potential 100,000oz/year, 20-year underground operation, with a feasibility study due by the end of 2027. New, high-grade, multi-million ounce gold discoveries are increasingly difficult to find and permit – Poplar is located within the Evander mining right valid to 2038, with plant infrastructure in place.

For underweight and non-holder investors, index inclusion improves visibility and comparability within the mid-tier gold producer universe, while Poplar shows that PAR’s growth runway extends well beyond the current pipeline.
