Record earnings, record returns to shareholders

evenue increased 114% to US$1,156.5 million in FY26, driven by higher gold production and a supportive gold price environment. Adjusted EBITDA reached US$609.4 million, up 169%, and headline earnings grew 207% to US$358.0 million.

The Board has proposed a record final dividend of ZA65 cents per share plus the maiden interim dividend of ZA12 cents per share, bringing total FY26 dividends to ZA77 cents per share, up 108% year-on-year, and approved a new share buyback programme of up to ZAR500 million, commencing October 2026.

Group AISC for the year was US$1,867/oz, within guidance, with more than 90% of Group production achieved at an AISC below US$1,700/oz, below the global peer average that is trending well north of US$2,000/oz as cost inflation pressures mount.

For investors pursuing capital discipline, the framework remains consistent: convert higher gold prices into cash flow, reduce leverage, return capital, and fund sequenced growth.
