Pan African Resources is committed to maintaining a sound, transparent relationship with its shareholders. Pan African Resources’ Chief Executive Officer has overall responsibility of ensuring accurate and well balanced information is provided to all shareholders timeously.

All directors are committed to good ethics in their dealings with all stakeholders as Pan African realises that this is critical to maintaining the quality of relationships vital for success. It is sometimes difficult to present the merits of exploration prospectivity in a fair and balanced manner, but the directors will make every effort to avoid misleading statements which might significantly effect value of exploration potential. This website will be an important vehicle for presenting ongoing news and updates regarding Pan African’s activities, however, it is recognised that this may not be the most convenient for all shareholders. Therefore other means of communication shareholders may be deployed from time to time. Regular contact with shareholders via face-to-face meetings and telephone conversations will be maintained. Roadshows to present the Company’s prospects to existing and potential new shareholders will be undertaken periodically and any relevant visual aids will be posted on the website. Communication will occur within both the London Stock Exchange and Johannesburg Stock Exchange’s prescribed regulatory parameters.
